Activation of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) on your IESEG account

12.04.2025

To increase the access security of the digital tools we provide, we have decided to strengthen the protection of IESEG accounts by enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA). This measure aims to secure your access by requiring additional validation upon login and allows us to ensure that you are the user who initiated it.

To avoid excessive inconvenience, this MFA code will not be systematically requested: after an initial validation, your usual applications and devices will be recognized. You will only be asked for a code if unusual behavior is detected (connection from a new device, suspicious connection attempt, unusual geographical connection point, etc.).

We recommend using the “Microsoft Authenticator” mobile app (on Android and iOS) recognized and adapted to your IESEG digital environment (but other solutions are available to you).

You will find the link here to manage your "multi-factor authentication" and control your different possible verification methods in your "security information" on your Microsoft 365 space: https://aka.ms/MFASetup

MFA activation will be forced on your account on this date: Monday, January 12, 2026

If you have not set up MFA before this date, you will be automatically prompted to do so the next time you log in to your IESEG digital spaces.

If you have problems, please create a ticket on https://mysupport.ieseg.fr
