Back to IÉSEG: some alumni (class of 2011/2012) rediscover their school 🎓

On Friday, October 15, a small group of graduates from the 2011/2012 classes returned to IÉSEG for a friendly visit. After several years away from campus, Augustin Tiberghien, Romain Spychala, Pierre De Bernouis, Alexandre Crochet, Jacques Olivier, Cyril Malbert, Yves Trocheris, Clément David, and Marc-Antoine Bécart reimmersed themselves in the world of their studies.

The visit was marked by the discovery of a campus that has changed significantly: today, IÉSEG in Lille features 3 modern buildings in the heart of the city, 29,000 m² of renovated facilities, lecture halls, computer rooms, association spaces, and a state-of-the-art library. The new, green, and bright spaces reflect the transformation undertaken to accommodate over 3,000 students in the best possible conditions. 

The alumni enjoyed revisiting the iconic places from their student years, which have changed to varying degrees but are still filled with memories: the association spaces where many projects were born, the cafeteria that played such an important role in student life... located in the school's hall, which used to be the courtyard between buildings A and B... Anecdotes, laught, and discussions about everyone's journeys, this return to campus was also an opportunity to reflect on how far they've come, while noticing that the IÉSEG spirit remains unchanged.
