Caroline Vannier – A bold and determined entrepreneur

Interview

11.04.2025

Can you introduce yourself in a few words?

I’m Caroline Vannier, a graduate of IÉSEG, entrepreneur, and passionate about people. After more than fifteen years in recruitment and career development, I co-founded Triomera, a recruitment and HR development firm based in the Hauts-de-France region, with a national reach. I love building bridges between talent and companies, and helping individuals reveal and shape their own career paths.

What program did you complete at IÉSEG, and what memories do you keep from your studies?

I completed the Grande École Program at IÉSEG, where I learned to combine high standards, international openness, and team spirit. What I remember most is the supportive atmosphere and collective energy — the school gave me a real taste for entrepreneurship and for investing in meaningful projects. I remain very attached to IÉSEG and proud to return regularly, especially as part of the Vega Program with the Adecco Group, and also to take part each year in the admission interviews.

What have been the key milestones in your professional career?

I began my career in recruitment consulting at Batenborch and Hudson, before moving into management and leadership roles within well-known groups such as MacAnders and LHH (Adecco Group). These experiences allowed me to lead teams, develop offices, and support executives with their people-related challenges. In 2025, I took a new step by creating Triomera, a human-scale firm built on kindness, rigor, and a strong sense of service.

Where are you today?

Today, I run Triomera with my two partners. We support companies in their strategic recruitments, as well as executives and managers in their career reflections. It’s a demanding yet exciting entrepreneurial adventure that allows us to reinvent our profession every day - always centered on people.

Can you tell us about your association Les Sisters?

Les Sisters is an association I founded with my sister Aurélie to take on a slightly crazy challenge: to participate together in the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles 2027. Beyond the sporting challenge, it’s a deeply human and solidarity-driven adventure that brings us together around values we hold dear — perseverance, sisterhood, and commitment.

You’re currently preparing for the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles 2027. What is this rally, and why did you choose this challenge?

The Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles is a 100% women’s race in the Moroccan desert — no GPS or speed, only maps and compasses. It’s a unique adventure combining self-discovery, mutual support, and environmental commitment. We chose this challenge to live an experience beyond time, to reconnect with what truly matters, and to show that boldness knows no age.

You’re looking for sponsors to make your participation possible. How can people help you?

We’re looking for partners to help finance the adventure and give it meaning. Companies can support us financially or materially, joining a well-publicized and purposeful adventure. In return, they gain great visibility and can associate their brand with a project that promotes human, feminine, and environmental values.
