New on your alumni plateform : JOBI, an IA coach to optimize your applications

Good news! We are excited to announce the arrival of an intelligent assistant powered by artificial intelligence, now available directly from our job board / career center.

The goal: to help you better assess and optimize your applications, in just a few clicks, before sending your CV.

What is this AI coach for?

When you find a job offer that interests you, this assistant allows you to quickly analyze the compatibility between your profile and the targeted position. This tool is useful for:

• students and recent graduates who want reassurance before applying,
• graduates and more experienced profiles who want to check the alignment of their background with an opportunity,
• anyone who wants to improve their CV and highlight the right elements at the right time.

A personalized scoring to measure the fit with an offer

The AI coach provides you with a score out of 100 that reflects the match between your profile and the selected job offer, taking into account in particular:

• your professional experiences,
• your skills,
• your education and your background,
• the key requirements of the position.

In just a few moments, you get an initial assessment of the consistency of your application.

Your strengths: what “matches” best

Beyond the score, the assistant highlights your strengths: what matches particularly well with the recruiter's expectations (e.g., skills, experiences, keywords, elements of your background…).

It’s a simple way to better understand what highlights your profile and to help you present your application with more confidence.

Concrete areas for improvement, like a coach

The AI coach also suggests ways to improve your application: missing elements, points to clarify, skills to highlight better, wording to refine, and more.

In short: it acts like a coach to help you improve your CV and increase your chances of success.

How to try it?

1. Go to the Jobboard / Career Center section of the platform
2. Open a job offer that interests you
3. Click on [Button / link: "Start the analysis"]
4. Check your score, your strengths, and your areas for improvement
