Share your expertise with IÉSEG Students: become a sustainability or consulting professor

IÉSEG opens its doors to alumni wishing to share their experience and expertise with the next generation. We are actively seeking experts to teach, in English, courses within our Grande École Program (PGE) in two key areas: Sustainability and Consulting.

1. Sustainability / CSR Instructors

The Sustainability track of the PGE is built around three major courses:

• Sustainability & Business (Bachelor Year 2, 18h)
  Analysis of the links between economic development, innovation and planetary challenges. Objective: to enable students to understand the tensions and synergies between growth, innovation and ecological limits, and to assess the role of businesses in addressing contemporary challenges.

• Environmental Management (Master 1, 24h)
  Exploration of possible corporate responses to environmental challenges, from impact assessment to business model transformation. Students learn to design adaptation and transition strategies towards more sustainable practices.

• Business Consulting for Impact (Master 2, 24h)
  Support for real consulting projects led by student teams with IÉSEG partner companies, with a dual focus: strategy and sustainability issues, to produce concrete and impactful recommendations.

2. Consulting Skills / Consulting Process Instructors

We are also looking for professionals to teach courses dedicated to consulting skills and methodologies:

• Consulting Skills (Master 1, 24h)
  Development of the consultant's professional skills. The facilitators help students strengthen their ability to solve complex problems, communicate effectively, present convincing recommendations, and prepare for job expectations through practical cases, simulations, and feedback. 
  For this course, we are also looking for professionals willing to participate occasionally in a panel discussion on consulting careers or to lead a session on a real-world issue by presenting a case study to the students. 

• Consulting Process (Master 1, 24h)
  Methodology of a consulting assignment, from understanding the client's needs to formulating and implementing recommendations. The facilitators support students in adopting a consultant's mindset, covering diagnosis and client relations, by sharing their mission experiences and best practices. 

• Sustainability Consulting (Master 1, 24h)
  Understanding the sustainable development consulting landscape, including the various players and types of projects, as well as acquiring the tools and skills needed to structure and conduct a consulting mission with a client and generate sustainable competitive advantage.
