WORKSHOP

Workshop 1: Discovering yourself and overcoming your fears

This remote learning workshop is the first of the 5 workshops in the CAP 361° - Manage your career program ! a description of which is attached below.

This workshop, led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, Executive Strengths Coach and Head of the Career Services at IÉSEG Network, is aimed at ALL graduates looking for a job, in professional transition or even in a position and who wish to get rid of certain beliefs that are a real obstacle to their professional or even personal development.

For those looking for work or in professional transition, expectations, frustrations and discouragement are part of everyday life. It is therefore easy to be overcome by an influx of negative vibes, especially in the current context. Even if the context is not favorable, it is when we are faced with an ambitious goal that our most beautiful limiting beliefs arise!

What do we mean by limiting beliefs? Simply put, they are personal beliefs that prevent us from moving forward and being at peace.

This experiential workshop aims to help you get rid of these beliefs that are the source of your fears. It is structured around 3 axes:

§How to identify your limiting beliefs?

§How to name them?

§How to deal with them?
