To meet these challenges and rise to the occasion, they must adopt the right mindset and behavior in the service of team cohesion.This mindset, combined with effective operational communication, helps strengthen their legitimacy with employees, and especially with those from Gen Z. A unique generation of our time, highly sensitive and hyper-connected, constantly seeking recognition and personalized attention, Gen Z has an irrepressible need to understand everything and to find meaning in all things. It is reshaping established norms, and the intellectual freedom it demonstrates is overturning traditional notions of hierarchy within organizations. This generation, shaped by immediacy, views the concept of a career as largely secondary.
