[WORKSHOP & COACHING] The IÉSEG Network caravan will meet you in GENEVA
What is the caravan concept?
The caravan is an itinerant IÉSEG Network initiative that has existed since 2018 to ensure greater proximity with you, IÉSEG Alumni based in France outside Lille and Paris but also abroad! The idea is to meet you in your city and offer you services related to your personal and professional development. The choice of the caravan is highly symbolic: we can imagine it growing with each stop as we gather your feedback and needs on the role expected of IÉSEG Network.
In concrete terms, how will all this be organized?
Daytime :
- We offer you a free individual coaching and/or professional development consulting session.
These 1.5-hour sessions will take place face-to-face on April 29, 2024 and April 30, 2024 - in the center of Geneva - location to be defined.

Evening:
- a 2h30 workshop on personal development: "Getting to know yourself better and developing your potential with the MBTI".
The MBTI (The Myers Briggs Type Indicator) is the world's most widely used personality questionnaire.

A few details about the MBTI:
Methodology: The MBTI questionnaire available online will be sent to you individually at the close of workshop registration (approximately 1 week before the workshop). The results will be communicated to you during the workshop.
Then, for 2h30, we offer you a collective MBTI workshop on discovering your own type. It is designed to be dynamic, participative and with examples. This workshop will be led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, our Career Manager and Executive Coach - IÉSEG Network and certified MBTI® Practitioner.
Finally, we offer you a lasting development experience with the delivery at the end of the session of a rich and comprehensive report corresponding to your type: the MBTI Personal Impact Report (see below for more information).
Workshop objectives :
- Get to know yourself better and situate yourself within a framework that describes personality differences in a positive and constructive way.
- Understand the differences that can exist between people and how different personality types can complement each other.
- Understanding the impact of psychological preferences on our behavior and expectations
Deliverable:
The MBTI Personal Impact Report, a 23-page document, covers the following 8 areas of development:
- Your working style
- Your communication style
- Your teamwork style
- Your decision-making style
- Your leadership style
- Your conflict management style
- Your reaction to stress
- Your approach to change
This report also introduces the concept of preferences and indicates the apparent type, proposes an approach to type self-positioning and a summary of the 16 MBTI types.
By pointing out areas of development, weaknesses, pitfalls and challenges, this tool offers the openness and depth needed to apply type knowledge to real behavioral change.

Workshop fee (one-off payment on registration):
- Contributor: €85.00
- Non-Contributor: €100.00
- Outside France: €200.00
For a special rate of €85 or €100, depending on whether or not you are a member of the IÉSEG Network, you can take advantage of the type discovery interview with a certified MBTI Practitioner + the detailed MBTI Personal Impact Report, which alone costs €120 incl. VAT.
