WORKSHOP
(Re)conciling well-being and performance through breathing
What if the key to living and performing better lay in a skill that we practice 20,000 times a day without even being aware of it?
In our frantic quest for performance, stress, fatigue, insomnia and sometimes even exhaustion all too often become part of our daily lives. Yet there is a valuable resource, right under your nose, that can regulate these states: your breathing
👉 20,000 opportunities a day to regain control over your emotional states, to regain energy and balance.
Objectives of the Workshop:
🎯 This workshop will provide you with the tools to transform your daily life by inviting you to:
- Adopt a new perspective on your relationship to well-being and performance
- Redefine the pillars of aligned and sustainable performance
- (Re)connect with your breath to make it a powerful ally
- Test simple breathing techniques to better manage stress and daily challenges
Organized by the IÉSEG Network Career Development Services, this workshop will be led by Alexandre BERTHOLUS, IÉSEG graduate (2013), freediving instructor and breathing coach. Founder of Second Souffle, he helps individuals and companies unlock their full potential through breathing.
