Special program for young graduates

MISSION BRIEFING

Every successful mission begins long before the field. Are you really ready for yours?

Are you a young graduate seeking employment?

You know you need to take action, but you don't always know which direction to go?

Do you sometimes struggle to identify what truly sets you apart?

Do you need to regain confidence, energy and clarity before you start?

Discover the Career Task Force (CTF) / Plan – Prepare – Execute – Succeed, the new intensive job search support program for young graduates, developed by Elizabeth TOUCAS, Head of Career Development and Executive Coach.

This program is built around 3 INSEPARABLE modules:

§  From November 17 to 19, 2026 - Mission BRIEFING

§  From December 2 to 3, 2026 - Mission READY

§  On December 8, 2026 - Mission INTELLIGENCE

Your mission starts here…

Mission objectives:

This first 3-day phase aims to create the conditions needed for your upcoming activation. Because before heading into the field, you need to know who you are, what your resources are, where you want to go, and why!😊

During these 3 days, you will work successively on three essential dimensions:

1. OPERATIONAL PREPARATION - Be ready before you act

Mindset preparation is precisely the first operational component planned by the CTF.

To deploy on mission, you will work on:

-          strengthening your self-confidence;

-          identifying and removing your obstacles and blockages;

-          stress management;

-          your mindset toward the job search;

-          your ability to cope with uncertainty.

2. RESOURCE MAPPING - Identify what you already have in your kit

You never start a mission without knowing exactly the resources at your disposal.

And you? Do you really know yours?

Skills, talents, values, motivations, natural strengths, success factors: you will create your own resource map to identify what you can rely on and what sets you apart.

3. DESIRED END STATE - Define your mission objective

In special forces operational language, the Desired End State (DES) describes the situation you aim to reach at the end of a mission.

Applied to your career, it boils down to one essential question: What job are you really looking for?

You will work on clarifying your career plan, the roles and sectors that attract you, your selection criteria, and the alignment between your aspirations and the reality of the market.

Methodology:

No way are we spending three days just sitting and listening to presentations! 😊

This first mission will alternate moments of introspection, individual exercises, partner or small-group work, discussions, feedback, and collective intelligence, punctuated by many surprises!

These different learning sessions will be led by:

-          Elizabeth TOUCAS, Head of the Career Development Unit at IESEG Network & Executive Coach certified by HEC Paris and GALLUP

who will be supported as needed by

-          IESEG alumni who are experts in their fields

-          handpicked external experts to give you the best possible experience!

You will be guided step by step to build your own operations map: understand your starting point, identify your resources, and determine your destination.

Because before you figure out how to reach a target, you need to know which target to aim for, right?
