What if you finally had a space to reflect on your career without facing your professional decisions alone?
The CIU, Career Intelligence Unit, is an innovative new concept designed as a strategic career support unit dedicated to graduates.
Designed as a space for exchange, feedback, and collective intelligence, it is a monthly meeting between IÉSEG graduates and Elizabeth TOUCAS, our Head of Career Development and Executive Coach.
It also aims to create a true community of IÉSEG career paths!
Objectives
Each CIU is designed as an open and interactive space where everyone can:
- ask questions freely without judgment,
- share a professional situation and gain a new perspective,
- benefit from the external and objective viewpoint of the Executive Coach and other alumni,
- understand market dynamics,
· expand their network,
· boost their confidence during times of doubt, etc.
or simply listen to the discussions and learn from the experiences of other participants.
For whom?
All recent graduates:
- considering their next career step,
- in transition,
- seeking opportunities,
- starting a new position,
- etc.
Methodology
Each CIU session starts with the challenges, questions, and concrete issues you bring yourself.
The CIU is led and supervised by Elizabeth. As an Executive Coach, her role goes beyond ensuring the CIU’s strict framework; she structures the discussions, helps each participant gain perspective on their situation, clarifies their thoughts, and turns questions into concrete action plans, while fostering a dynamic of sharing, feedback, and collective intelligence among graduates.
The exchanges are based on confidentiality, non-judgment, respect, listening, and psychological safety.

- Opening briefing,
- Sharing career and/or market news,
- Open discussions around issues brought by participants,
- Feedback sessions and collective reflection,
- Strategic debrief at the end of the CIU.

To continue the exchanges between CIUs and keep the Career Intelligence Unit community alive in the long term, a dedicated WhatsApp group has also been created.
This group, managed by Elizabeth, will allow registered graduates to receive CIU news, upcoming dates, useful resources as they come, and various information related to career challenges.
