-Implement best practices and standards for feature creation, usage, and configurability to streamline data capture and processing.
-Triage and resolve production issues resulting from development within established SLA limits, supporting operational continuity and transparent reporting.
-Identify and execute upon opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
-Conduct team peer reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.
-Engage in cross-training sessions to build team capabilities and ensure knowledge sharing across functional areas.
-Actively partner with key Product and Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and support prioritization of enhancements with alignment to organizational goals.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
-Engage with IT teams, as needed, to design additional operations enablement tools and functionalities in support of business operations and strategic initiatives.
