[MENTORING] The mentoring program is coming back!

Good news: this year, we’re improving our mentoring program, which is making a big comeback at the start of the academic year! 🎉

 We’re offering a more structured program that allows us to stay closer to both mentors and mentees, in order to better support and guide you in your respective roles.

 Whether you want to share your experience with a graduate or student, or receive support to move forward in your own journey, this is the perfect time to get involved.

🔁 Mentor or mentee? The choice is yours!
 📅 Commitment: 6 months starting October 2025
💬 Regular exchanges, inspiring meetings, and a truly dynamic network

What to expect?

Step 1: Sign up by Sunday, September 28, and fill in your preferences on your profile: https://www.ieseg-network.com/en/mentoring (Click on the “Career” tab, then “Mentoring” in the website menu)

Step 2: Join us on October 14 for a kick-off webinar hosted by Sandrine Brasero, a professional coach specialized in mentoring. This will be a great opportunity to learn all about the program, ask your questions, and get started with all the tools you need for a successful mentoring experience.

Step 3: Officially form your mentoring pair by Sunday, November 2, by choosing from all registered participants on the website.

Step 4 (optional): Attend a special training session - either for mentors or mentees, depending on your role.
