Dear Mentors,We are pleased to invite you to a practice-sharing workshop organized at the midpoint of your mentoring program. This workshop is designed to give you the opportunity to share your experiences, take a step back from your practice, and learn from one another through peer feedback.Workshop format:Ahead of the workshop, you are invited to complete a questionnaire: https://fr.surveymonkey.com/r/GYWG69D. The results will be presented during the session and will serve as a starting point for our discussions.The 90-minute workshop will be structured as follows:Review of the key principles of mentoringSharing of feedback from the questionnairesDiscussion of questions raised in the questionnaire and during the session, with the aim of providing practical toolsCollection of testimonials and facilitation of peer-to-peer exchangesFormat:The workshop will be facilitated as an open discussion, drawing on your real-life experiences, and led by Sandrine BRASERO.Practical information:Date: January 29, 2026Time: 6:00–7:30 PMLocation: Online (the connection link will be sent to participants a few days before the workshop)Your participation is essential to making this workshop a valuable moment of collective learning and individual growth.
